Rpet drawstring bag, made to order

Drawstring bag, made to your specification rather than pulled from a stock list. The body is cut and sewn in our own workshop in Cangnan, so the pattern carries your dimensions, your colour and your closure instead of a catalogue default. Reference DR-PR0006. Panels are cut on the grain and matched before sewing, so the weave runs the same way across the front, the gusset and the base instead of twisting at the corner.

Material and construction

RPET is polyester spun from recycled bottle flake. It behaves like ordinary polyester in the bag, but the fibre carries a recycled content statement from the mill, which is what most buyers need for their own reporting.

The surface accepts sublimation print as well as screen print, so full-colour panels are possible without extra plates.

Binding runs the full length of every inside seam, and the base is a separate panel rather than a folded continuation of the front, which is what keeps a full bag square.

Printing and branding

The print method follows the fibre, not the other way round: some marks that hold on canvas will not survive on a coated film, and some films take colour that cloth cannot. Foil, deboss and a woven label are the other three routes, and each has a fibre it prefers: foil on satin, deboss on velvet, a label on anything coarsely woven.

Placement is usually centred on the front face. The print position, the size in millimetres and the colour reference are confirmed in writing before production, and a mockup of the artwork on the actual shape is sent for approval. Cartons can be plain or printed with your own marks, and inner packing can be a poly bag, a tissue wrap or nothing at all.

Size, colour and small changes

Sizes are made to your dimensions rather than picked from a list. If you have the object the bag has to hold, send its measurements and we will work out the allowance; if you have a drawing already, we cut to it. Carton dimensions are agreed with the order, because the packed size decides the freight cost.

Handle type and drop, lining, inner pockets and labelling are all open to change, and each is priced before it is made rather than after. Hardware, lining and thread are chosen against a physical swatch rather than a screen, which removes most of the surprises.

Packing, checks and shipping

Checks run at three points: on the cut panels, on the assembled bag, and on the packed carton. The reference is the sample you approved, so anything that drifts is caught before it is boxed. Tolerances are plus or minus three millimetres on a sewn bag, which is what a handmade line has always held and what your own inspection should expect.

Bags are counted into export cartons with an inner poly bag for sea freight, and the carton marks are agreed before packing. Consolidated shipments can combine this line with other bags on the same order, which keeps the freight per carton down.
