The questions we answer every week.
Timings, file formats, colour matching, payment and packing. If yours is not here, the fastest answer is a WhatsApp message with a photo.
Ordering
How quickly will I get a price?
Within 12 hours on a working day, and usually faster if you send the artwork with the enquiry. You get the price and a digital mockup in the same reply, so you can see what you are being quoted for.
Do you make a sample before the bulk order?
Yes. A pre-production sample is made from your approved mockup and sent for sign-off. Bulk production starts only after you approve it, and the sample cost is credited against the order.
How long does production take?
Samples take 3–10 days. Bulk production takes 10–30 days after sample approval, depending on the style and how many print colours are involved.
Can I order several sizes or colours at once?
Yes. Mixed sizes, colours and print versions go on one order, quoted line by line so you can see what each combination costs.
Do you keep my pattern for reorders?
Your pattern, artwork and print settings stay on file. A reorder two years later comes out of the same blocks, which is the point of keeping them.
Materials & printing
Which file format should I send?
Vector is safest: AI, EPS or PDF with text converted to outlines. If vector is not available, a PNG or JPG at 300dpi at the final print size works. Pantone numbers help if the colour has to match something.
Can you print full-colour artwork?
Yes, by heat transfer or digital print. Screen printing is for one to four spot colours; if your artwork has gradients or photographs we will say so and quote the method that reproduces it.
Will the print colour match my Pantone?
We match on a strike-off before production. Fabric absorbs ink differently from paper, so expect a small shift; on jute and muslin it is larger. We show you the strike-off rather than describe it.
Can you supply recycled or organic material?
RPET from post-consumer bottles and organic cotton are both available. Ask for them by name and we will quote the difference against the standard fibre.
What printing can you put on a dark bag?
Opaque screen print, heat transfer or embroidery. Dark fabric is where cheap printing fails first, so this is one of the places we will push back on a low-cost method.
Shipping & payment
Where do you ship from?
Ningbo, Shanghai or Shenzhen, whichever suits your forwarder. We quote FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP or DDU — tell us which one your side needs.
How can I pay?
T/T, L/C, D/P D/A, PayPal, Western Union or Escrow. Larger orders usually run on a deposit with the balance against the bill of lading.
Can you pack for retail?
Yes. Standard is bulk-packed in export cartons sized to the order. Poly bags, hang tags, barcodes and individual retail packing are quoted as an extra step.
