Rpet drawstring bag, made to order

Drawstring bag, made to your specification rather than pulled from a stock list. The body is cut and sewn in our own workshop in Cangnan, so the pattern carries your dimensions, your colour and your closure instead of a catalogue default. Reference DR-PR0003. Panels are cut on the grain and matched before sewing, so the weave runs the same way across the front, the gusset and the base instead of twisting at the corner.

Material and construction

RPET is polyester spun from recycled bottle flake. It behaves like ordinary polyester in the bag, but the fibre carries a recycled content statement from the mill, which is what most buyers need for their own reporting.

The surface accepts sublimation print as well as screen print, so full-colour panels are possible without extra plates.

Panels are cut on the grain and matched before sewing, so the weave runs the same way across the front, the gusset and the base instead of twisting at the corner.

Printing and branding

Most of these bags leave the floor with a one or two colour screen print, because it reads at arm's length and costs least to set up. Screen print handles the solid block, heat transfer the fine line, embroidery the label; a woven side tag can go in at the same time.

We print to a Pantone reference rather than to what a monitor shows, and we send a digital mockup on the bag shape so the size can be judged before tooling. Artwork is best sent as vector; where only a photograph exists we redraw the mark and return it for approval.

Size, colour and small changes

Measurements are taken from the finished bag, not from the flat panel, so what you specify is what a buyer measures with a tape on arrival. A pre-production sample is made from the agreed specification before anything is cut for bulk.

Fabric colour, print colour, thread colour and hardware finish are specified separately, which is what makes a repeat order repeatable. A change to the pattern is drawn up and sent back as a dimensioned sketch before the sample is cut.

Packing, checks and shipping

Every order is inspected in line and again before packing, against the approved sample: print position, colour, stitch density, hardware function and measurement. Artwork is best sent as vector; where only a photograph exists we redraw the mark and return it for approval.

Cartons are counted and marked before they leave the floor, and the packing list is sent ahead of dispatch so your warehouse knows what is arriving. Transit options and documents are confirmed with the order, and the packing list is issued before the container is loaded.
