The work has not changed much
The machines have changed, the materials have changed, and our customers now sit across Europe, North America and the Middle East. The job has not: take someone's artwork, build the bag around it, and make sure the second order matches the first.
30 years in bags also teaches you where a bag fails: the handle joint, the seam under load, the print that fades after a few washes. Those are the places we over-engineer. Arice, who runs the export desk, has worked on both the trading and the production side, which is why our quotes arrive with a mockup attached.
