What happens next
- Within 12 hours — mockup on your photo or ours, and a price.
- Within a day or two — revised mockup if you want changes. Free at this stage.
- Then a sample — 3–10 days, credited against the bulk order.
- Then bulk — 10–30 days after you approve the sample.

Send the artwork, not a description
“Blue logo” costs two rounds of questions. A vector file costs none.

Say where it ships
Delivery country changes the packing, the carton size and sometimes the fibre.

Say how it will be used
A bag for a trade fair and a bag for daily grocery runs are not the same bag.

Photos are fine. Half-written briefs are fine.
