Non-woven drawstring pouch, made to order

Drawstring pouch, made to your specification rather than pulled from a stock list. The body is cut and sewn in our own workshop in Cangnan, so the pattern carries your dimensions, your colour and your closure instead of a catalogue default. Reference DR-NW00005. Panels are cut on the grain and matched before sewing, so the weave runs the same way across the front, the gusset and the base instead of twisting at the corner.

Material and construction

Non-woven is spun-bond polypropylene: fibres laid down and bonded rather than woven. It is lighter and cheaper than woven cloth, it does not fray when cut, and the seams can be heat sealed instead of stitched.

Print sits on the surface rather than in a weave, so solid colour blocks and bold logos reproduce best. A laminated version adds a wipe-clean face and a gloss finish.

Zips are stitched through a tape that is wider than the teeth, so the seam does not pucker and the pull runs without catching at the curve.

Printing and branding

Screen printing is the default for a short colour count: one plate per colour, a crisp edge on woven cloth, and a print that follows the surface rather than sitting on top of it. Heat transfer suits a small logo with fine detail, digital print carries gradients and photographs, and embroidery gives a raised mark without a second component.

Placement is usually centred on the front face. The print position, the size in millimetres and the colour reference are confirmed in writing before production, and a mockup of the artwork on the actual shape is sent for approval. Documents are prepared from the same order sheet as the goods, so the invoice, the packing list and the carton marks agree.

Size, colour and small changes

The bag is cut to your measurements, so a size that is not on any list is not a problem. Send the packed object's dimensions and we will add the seam and closure allowance. Small quantities are made on the same line as large ones, so a trial order is not a different product.

Handle type and drop, lining, inner pockets and labelling are all open to change, and each is priced before it is made rather than after. A change to the pattern is drawn up and sent back as a dimensioned sketch before the sample is cut.

Packing, checks and shipping

A pre-production sample is signed off before bulk starts, and that sample stays on the floor as the reference for every carton in the run. Artwork is best sent as vector; where only a photograph exists we redraw the mark and return it for approval.

Bags are counted into export cartons with an inner poly bag for sea freight, and the carton marks are agreed before packing. Delivery is quoted to your port or door, and the incoterm is stated on the order rather than assumed.
