Drawstring pouch, made to your specification rather than pulled from a stock list. The body is cut and sewn in our own workshop in Cangnan, so the pattern carries your dimensions, your colour and your closure instead of a catalogue default. Reference DR-MS0006. Panels are cut on the grain and matched before sewing, so the weave runs the same way across the front, the gusset and the base instead of twisting at the corner.

Material and construction

Nylon is the tougher of the light synthetic weaves: more abrasion resistant than polyester at the same weight, and it folds down smaller.

It takes screen print and heat transfer cleanly, and a matte or ripstop version can be specified where the bag has to survive rough handling.

Printing and branding

The print method follows the fibre, not the other way round: some marks that hold on canvas will not survive on a coated film, and some films take colour that cloth cannot. Heat transfer suits a small logo with fine detail, digital print carries gradients and photographs, and embroidery gives a raised mark without a second component.

Placement is usually centred on the front face. The print position, the size in millimetres and the colour reference are confirmed in writing before production, and a mockup of the artwork on the actual shape is sent for approval. The order sheet records the fibre, the colour references and the print position, so a repeat enquiry can be quoted from it directly.

Size, colour and small changes

Measurements are taken from the finished bag, not from the flat panel, so what you specify is what a buyer measures with a tape on arrival. Where the bag is a repeat, we keep the pattern and the screen on file so the second run matches the first.

A taller body, a wider base, a shorter handle or a different closure is a pattern change rather than a new product, so it is quoted as a variation. Hardware, lining and thread are chosen against a physical swatch rather than a screen, which removes most of the surprises.

Packing, checks and shipping

Inspection is done against the signed sample, with the print position measured and the colour checked under a light box. Documents are prepared from the same order sheet as the goods, so the invoice, the packing list and the carton marks agree.

Cartons are counted and marked before they leave the floor, and the packing list is sent ahead of dispatch so your warehouse knows what is arriving. Transit options and documents are confirmed with the order, and the packing list is issued before the container is loaded.

Q1: Can our logo be printed on this drawstring pouch?

A1: Yes. On nylon we normally use screen printing or heat transfer, which holds thin lines and small type well. Send vector artwork where you have it; where you only have a photo, we redraw the mark and return it for approval.

Q2: What is this drawstring pouch made of, and how does it wear?

A2: This one is nylon. We pick the weight to match the job the drawstring pouch has to do, so a pouch that carries cosmetics is not built like one that carries groceries.

Q3: Can we change the size, colour or add a pocket?

A3: Yes. Sizes and colours are open, and small construction changes such as an inside pocket, a longer handle or a lining are quoted from your drawing. Anything that changes the pattern is re-sampled first.

Q4: How long does a sample take?

A4: A printed sample usually takes three to seven working days after artwork approval, and it ships by courier with tracking. The sample cost is credited against the production run.
