The body is made in our own workshop in Cangnan, so the pattern carries your dimensions, your colour and your closure instead of a catalogue default. Reference QD-380. Edges are folded and stitched rather than cut raw, and the base is reinforced where the load sits, which is the difference between a bag that lasts a season and one that lasts a year.

Material and construction

Polyester mesh is an open, see-through weave that lets air and water through while still holding its shape around the contents.

Because the panels are open, the bag drains and dries instead of trapping moisture, which suits anything damp or sandy.

Mesh is a light, single-material construction that packs down small and travels well. It is built for repeated use, and the offcuts are collected and sent back for recycling.

Printing and branding

The print method follows the fibre, not the other way round. On polyester mesh we would normally run screen printing, because that is what holds on this surface; some marks that sit well on canvas will not survive a coated film, and some films take colour that cloth cannot.

Send the vector file and we will say which method holds up best on the fibre you chose, with a mockup on the bag shape and a physical reference for colour. Cartons can be plain or printed with your own marks, and inner packing can be a poly bag, a tissue wrap or nothing at all.

Dimensions, colour and construction are the three variables we work with, and none of them has to match a catalogue. Packing, checks and shipping

Checks run at three points: on the cut panels, on the assembled bag, and on the packed carton. The reference is the sample you approved, so anything that drifts is caught before it is boxed. Artwork is best sent as vector; where only a photograph exists we redraw the mark and return it for approval.

Cartons are counted and marked before they leave the floor, and the packing list is sent ahead of dispatch so your warehouse knows what is arriving. Where a launch date is fixed, we work back from it to the booking date and confirm both in writing. Goods ship from Ningbo, Shanghai or Shenzhen by sea, air or rail, and we quote the routes that fit your date rather than assuming one.
