The cord is the design

Black cord on undyed canvas does a job that a matching natural cord cannot: it frames the pouch, it reads as a deliberate colour choice rather than an unfinished bag, and it stays black where a pale cord would pick up grime from handling. The cord is 3-ply twisted cotton, thick enough to knot and hold, with the ends knotted so it cannot pull back through the channel. Reference DR-CT0049.

Why canvas for jewellery

Canvas has a tight, even weave, so a single-colour screen print lands flat and clean, including the thin ring of small lettering that jewellery logos tend to use. There is no dot screen to see and no second colour needed to look finished.

The surface is soft against metal and does not shed fibre onto polished pieces. For sterling silver or plated goods a cotton or satin lining is added, which also stops tarnish transfer from the canvas.

Sizes and print

Small formats are the norm: 8x10 cm for a ring or a pair of earrings, 10x14 cm for a necklace and card, 12x16 cm and 15x20 cm for sets. All are cut to your drawing.

One-colour print is quoted per position; a print on both sides, or print plus a woven label, is quoted as one decoration package.

Q1: Can the cord be white or a brand colour?

A1: Yes. Black and natural are stock; white, ivory, navy and dyed-to-match cord are available, usually at no extra cost above the same MOQ.

Q2: Will the canvas scratch silver?

A2: Untreated canvas is soft and does not scratch, but we recommend a cotton or satin lining for sterling silver and plated pieces. The lining is quoted with the bag.

Q3: Can I print the logo on both sides?

A3: Yes, front only is standard; front and back is quoted as two print positions. A woven label is the alternative when the artwork has very fine detail.

Q4: What is the minimum order?

A4: 100 pcs per colour and print. Samples take 3-7 working days.
