Rpet folding bag, made to order

Folding bag, made to your specification rather than pulled from a stock list. The body is cut and sewn in our own workshop in Cangnan, so the pattern carries your dimensions, your colour and your closure instead of a catalogue default. Reference FD-RPET0002. Stress points are bar-tacked or cross-stitched where a handle meets the body, and every seam is finished inside so the bag does not shed fibre onto its contents.

Material and construction

RPET is polyester spun from recycled bottle flake. It behaves like ordinary polyester in the bag, but the fibre carries a recycled content statement from the mill, which is what most buyers need for their own reporting.

The surface accepts sublimation print as well as screen print, so full-colour panels are possible without extra plates.

Seams are double stitched, raw edges are enclosed, and hardware is set with a backing plate so it does not pull through under load.

Printing and branding

Branding here is a decision about surface as much as artwork: a solid block, a fine line or a stitched label each reads differently on the same bag. Foil, deboss and a woven label are the other three routes, and each has a fibre it prefers: foil on satin, deboss on velvet, a label on anything coarsely woven.

Screens are kept on file after the first run, so a repeat order prints from the same plate and the second delivery matches the first. Documents are prepared from the same order sheet as the goods, so the invoice, the packing list and the carton marks agree.

Size, colour and small changes

Dimensions, colour and construction are the three variables we work with, and none of them has to match a catalogue. A pre-production sample is made from the agreed specification before anything is cut for bulk.

A taller body, a wider base, a shorter handle or a different closure is a pattern change rather than a new product, so it is quoted as a variation. Hardware, lining and thread are chosen against a physical swatch rather than a screen, which removes most of the surprises.

Packing, checks and shipping

Inspection is done against the signed sample, with the print position measured and the colour checked under a light box. Hardware is stocked in a small range of finishes, and a custom pull or plate can be tooled when the run justifies it.

Goods ship from Ningbo, Shanghai or Shenzhen, by sea, air or rail depending on the date you need them, and we quote the options rather than assume one. Delivery is quoted to your port or door, and the incoterm is stated on the order rather than assumed.

Q1: Can our logo be printed on this folding bag?

A1: Yes. On recycled RPET fabric we normally use screen printing or heat transfer, which holds thin lines and small type well. Send vector artwork where you have it; where you only have a photo, we redraw the mark and return it for approval.

Q2: What is this folding bag made of, and how does it wear?

A2: This one is recycled RPET fabric. We pick the weight to match the job the folding bag has to do, so a pouch that carries cosmetics is not built like one that carries groceries.

Q3: Can we change the size, colour or add a pocket?

A3: Yes. Sizes and colours are open, and small construction changes such as an inside pocket, a longer handle or a lining are quoted from your drawing. Anything that changes the pattern is re-sampled first.

Q4: Can the bag be made in our brand colour?

A4: Yes. We match to a Pantone reference or to a physical swatch you send, and the first article is photographed against that reference so you can see the match before the run continues.
