An arch top, so a tall box still fits

The top is rounded rather than flat, which gives the extra headroom a stacked lunch box or a bottle needs. The zip follows the same curve, so the lid folds right back out of the way instead of propping open. Reference LC-PL0010.

It is the shape difference that decides the sale here: a flat cooler bag that measures the same on paper can still refuse a two-tier box at the corner.

Carry and pockets

The handles are short, made to be carried in the hand from a counter or a car seat, and are stitched into the arch seam rather than onto a flat top panel. A single slip pocket runs across the front for cutlery, a phone or a napkin, kept outside the lining.

The body is padded on all faces with a foil lining that wipes clean, so a spill inside does not sit in the seam.

Colours and print

Grey, navy, black and maroon are held as stock colours. The front pocket panel and the arch top both take a print; a one-colour logo is usual for staff and school programmes, with full colour available on request.

Send artwork as a vector file or a clear photograph and we proof it on a real bag before the run. Size and colour are made to order.

Q1: What fits inside?

A1: A standard two-tier lunch box plus a drink bottle stands upright in the middle size. Tell us the box dimensions and we confirm against the pattern before quoting.

Q2: Can the arch be made flatter or taller?

A2: Yes, the arch height and the base depth are both pattern variables. A change of shape is quoted as a new pattern, not a surcharge on the existing one.

Q3: Can we mix colours in one order?

A3: Yes. Colours can be combined to reach the minimum, packed and labelled by colour.

Q4: What is the minimum order?

A4: 1,000 pcs per colour and print. A pre-production sample runs 3-7 working days.
