Every cooler bag on this page is made to your specification rather than pulled from a stock list. The body is made in our own workshop in Cangnan, so the pattern carries your dimensions, your colour and your closure instead of a catalogue default. Edges are folded and stitched rather than cut raw, and the base is reinforced where the load sits, which is the difference between a bag that lasts a season and one that lasts a year.

Material and construction

Polyester is a fine-gauge synthetic with a smooth, low-friction surface that resists scuffing and holds colour evenly.

It dries quickly, does not shrink, and the weave stays flat after packing, which is why it is the usual choice for high-volume promotional work.

Polyester is durable and holds print well, so the bag survives repeat use. Where recycled content matters we can run the same bag in RPET instead, with the recycled-content certificate supplied.

Printing and branding

The print method follows the fibre, not the other way round. On polyester we would normally run screen printing or heat transfer, because that is what holds on this surface; some marks that sit well on canvas will not survive a coated film, and some films take colour that cloth cannot.

Send the vector file and we will say which method holds up best on the fibre you chose, with a mockup on the bag shape and a physical reference for colour. Cartons can be plain or printed with your own marks, and inner packing can be a poly bag, a tissue wrap or nothing at all.

Size, colour and small changes

Dimensions, colour and construction are the three variables we work with, and none of them has to match a catalogue. Where the bag is a repeat, we keep the pattern and the screen on file so the second run matches the first.

Handle type and drop, lining, inner pockets and labelling are all open to change, and each is priced before it is made rather than after. Anything that alters the pattern is quoted as a variation on this shape rather than as a new product.

Packing, checks and shipping

Checks run at three points: on the cut panels, on the assembled bag, and on the packed carton. The reference is the sample you approved, so anything that drifts is caught before it is boxed. Artwork is best sent as vector; where only a photograph exists we redraw the mark and return it for approval.

Cartons are counted and marked before they leave the floor, and the packing list is sent ahead of dispatch so your warehouse knows what is arriving. Where a launch date is fixed, we work back from it to the booking date and confirm both in writing. Goods ship from Ningbo, Shanghai or Shenzhen by sea, air or rail, and we quote the routes that fit your date rather than assuming one.
