Eva cosmetic bag, made to order

Cosmetic bag, made to your specification rather than pulled from a stock list. The body is cut and sewn in our own workshop in Cangnan, so the pattern carries your dimensions, your colour and your closure instead of a catalogue default. Reference CB-EVA0001. Zips are stitched through a tape that is wider than the teeth, so the seam does not pucker and the pull runs without catching at the curve.

Material and construction

EVA is a soft, translucent sheet with a slight rubbery hand. It is fully waterproof, it flexes instead of cracking, and it is light enough that the pouch adds almost nothing to a suitcase.

Print is applied to the surface or laminated inside the sheet, which keeps the graphic from rubbing off in a wash bag.

Zips are stitched through a tape that is wider than the teeth, so the seam does not pucker and the pull runs without catching at the curve.

Printing and branding

Branding here is a decision about surface as much as artwork: a solid block, a fine line or a stitched label each reads differently on the same bag. Foil, deboss and a woven label are the other three routes, and each has a fibre it prefers: foil on satin, deboss on velvet, a label on anything coarsely woven.

Send the vector file and we will say which method holds up best on the fibre you chose, with a mockup on the bag shape and a physical reference for colour. Cartons can be plain or printed with your own marks, and inner packing can be a poly bag, a tissue wrap or nothing at all.

Size, colour and small changes

Dimensions, colour and construction are the three variables we work with, and none of them has to match a catalogue. A pre-production sample is made from the agreed specification before anything is cut for bulk.

Handle type and drop, lining, inner pockets and labelling are all open to change, and each is priced before it is made rather than after. Anything that alters the pattern is quoted as a variation on this shape rather than as a new product.

Packing, checks and shipping

A pre-production sample is signed off before bulk starts, and that sample stays on the floor as the reference for every carton in the run. Sampling runs once artwork and specification are agreed, and the signed sample becomes the document the whole run is measured against.

Bags are counted into export cartons with an inner poly bag for sea freight, and the carton marks are agreed before packing. Where a launch date is fixed, we work back from it to the booking date and confirm both in writing.
