Eva cosmetic bag, made to order

Cosmetic bag, made to your specification rather than pulled from a stock list. The body is cut and sewn in our own workshop in Cangnan, so the pattern carries your dimensions, your colour and your closure instead of a catalogue default. Reference CB-EVA0006. Seams are double stitched, raw edges are enclosed, and hardware is set with a backing plate so it does not pull through under load.

Material and construction

EVA is a soft, translucent sheet with a slight rubbery hand. It is fully waterproof, it flexes instead of cracking, and it is light enough that the pouch adds almost nothing to a suitcase.

Print is applied to the surface or laminated inside the sheet, which keeps the graphic from rubbing off in a wash bag.

Binding runs the full length of every inside seam, and the base is a separate panel rather than a folded continuation of the front, which is what keeps a full bag square.

Printing and branding

Branding here is a decision about surface as much as artwork: a solid block, a fine line or a stitched label each reads differently on the same bag. Where the artwork has shading we move to heat transfer or digital print; where it should feel raised, to embroidery.

We print to a Pantone reference rather than to what a monitor shows, and we send a digital mockup on the bag shape so the size can be judged before tooling. Any change after approval is re-sampled rather than absorbed into the run, so what is signed off is what is delivered.

Size, colour and small changes

Measurements are taken from the finished bag, not from the flat panel, so what you specify is what a buyer measures with a tape on arrival. Carton dimensions are agreed with the order, because the packed size decides the freight cost.

A taller body, a wider base, a shorter handle or a different closure is a pattern change rather than a new product, so it is quoted as a variation. Each change is priced before it is made, not after, so the quotation you approve is the one that is invoiced.

Packing, checks and shipping

A pre-production sample is signed off before bulk starts, and that sample stays on the floor as the reference for every carton in the run. Cartons can be plain or printed with your own marks, and inner packing can be a poly bag, a tissue wrap or nothing at all.

Bags are counted into export cartons with an inner poly bag for sea freight, and the carton marks are agreed before packing. Transit options and documents are confirmed with the order, and the packing list is issued before the container is loaded.

A1: Yes, printing is done in house on EVA using UV printing. We ask for vector artwork, but a clean photograph is enough to start, and you see the placement on a proof before production.
