Tote bag, made to your specification rather than pulled from a stock list. The body is cut and sewn in our own workshop in Cangnan, so the pattern carries your dimensions, your colour and your closure instead of a catalogue default. Reference LC-CT0001. Binding runs the full length of every inside seam, and the base is a separate panel rather than a folded continuation of the front, which is what keeps a full bag square.

Material and construction

The shell is cotton canvas, a heavier plain weave with enough body that the bag stands on its own when it is set down. Weight runs from 8oz for a light tote up to 16oz where the bag has to carry tins, tools or bottles.

Canvas is normally screen printed or embroidered; both sit well on the heavier yarn and neither stiffens the fabric.

Seams are double stitched, raw edges are enclosed, and hardware is set with a backing plate so it does not pull through under load.

Printing and branding

Branding here is a decision about surface as much as artwork: a solid block, a fine line or a stitched label each reads differently on the same bag. Where the artwork has shading we move to heat transfer or digital print; where it should feel raised, to embroidery.

We print to a Pantone reference rather than to what a monitor shows, and we send a digital mockup on the bag shape so the size can be judged before tooling. The order sheet records the fibre, the colour references and the print position, so a repeat enquiry can be quoted from it directly.

Size, colour and small changes

Dimensions, colour and construction are the three variables we work with, and none of them has to match a catalogue. A pre-production sample is made from the agreed specification before anything is cut for bulk.

Handle type and drop, lining, inner pockets and labelling are all open to change, and each is priced before it is made rather than after. Each change is priced before it is made, not after, so the quotation you approve is the one that is invoiced.

Packing, checks and shipping

Every order is inspected in line and again before packing, against the approved sample: print position, colour, stitch density, hardware function and measurement. Cartons can be plain or printed with your own marks, and inner packing can be a poly bag, a tissue wrap or nothing at all.

Goods ship from Ningbo, Shanghai or Shenzhen, by sea, air or rail depending on the date you need them, and we quote the options rather than assume one. Where a launch date is fixed, we work back from it to the booking date and confirm both in writing.
