Polyester promotional bag, made to order
Promotional bag, made to your specification rather than pulled from a stock list. The body is cut and sewn in our own workshop in Cangnan, so the pattern carries your dimensions, your colour and your closure instead of a catalogue default. Reference QD-282. Edges are folded and stitched rather than cut raw, and the base is reinforced where the load sits, which is the difference between a bag that lasts a season and one that lasts a year.
Material and construction
Polyester is a tight, light synthetic weave. It holds colour well, dries quickly and takes a water-repellent finish without changing the look of the cloth.
Sublimation print suits polyester best because the dye bonds into the fibre, so full-colour artwork stays soft to the touch.
Edges are folded and stitched rather than cut raw, and the base is reinforced where the load sits, which is the difference between a bag that lasts a season and one that lasts a year.
Printing and branding
Most of these bags leave the floor with a one or two colour screen print, because it reads at arm's length and costs least to set up. Where the artwork has shading we move to heat transfer or digital print; where it should feel raised, to embroidery.
Send the vector file and we will say which method holds up best on the fibre you chose, with a mockup on the bag shape and a physical reference for colour. Sampling runs once artwork and specification are agreed, and the signed sample becomes the document the whole run is measured against.
Size, colour and small changes
Measurements are taken from the finished bag, not from the flat panel, so what you specify is what a buyer measures with a tape on arrival. Small quantities are made on the same line as large ones, so a trial order is not a different product.
Fabric colour, print colour, thread colour and hardware finish are specified separately, which is what makes a repeat order repeatable. A change to the pattern is drawn up and sent back as a dimensioned sketch before the sample is cut.
Packing, checks and shipping
Every order is inspected in line and again before packing, against the approved sample: print position, colour, stitch density, hardware function and measurement. Documents are prepared from the same order sheet as the goods, so the invoice, the packing list and the carton marks agree.
Cartons are counted and marked before they leave the floor, and the packing list is sent ahead of dispatch so your warehouse knows what is arriving. Where a launch date is fixed, we work back from it to the booking date and confirm both in writing.
Frequently asked questions
Q1: Can our logo be printed on this travel organiser?
A1: Yes, printing is done in house on polyester using screen printing or heat transfer. We ask for vector artwork, but a clean photograph is enough to start, and you see the placement on a proof before production.
Q2: What is this travel organiser made of, and how does it wear?
A2: It is made from polyester. The fabric is chosen for the way the travel organiser has to hold its shape in daily use, and seams are bound or double-stitched at the points that take the load.
Q3: Can we change the size, colour or add a pocket?
A3: Yes, the pattern is ours, so size, colour and small fittings can all be changed. Send a sketch or a sample you like and we quote the change before cutting anything.
Q4: What happens if something is wrong with the order?
A4: Every carton is checked against the approved sample before dispatch. If a run does not match what was signed off, we remake or credit it rather than ask you to absorb the difference.
