Non-woven non-woven bag, made to order

Non-woven bag, made to your specification rather than pulled from a stock list. The body is cut and sewn in our own workshop in Cangnan, so the pattern carries your dimensions, your colour and your closure instead of a catalogue default. Reference SP-LT0009. Seams are double stitched, raw edges are enclosed, and hardware is set with a backing plate so it does not pull through under load.

Material and construction

Non-woven is spun-bond polypropylene: fibres laid down and bonded rather than woven. It is lighter and cheaper than woven cloth, it does not fray when cut, and the seams can be heat sealed instead of stitched.

Print sits on the surface rather than in a weave, so solid colour blocks and bold logos reproduce best. A laminated version adds a wipe-clean face and a gloss finish.

Zips are stitched through a tape that is wider than the teeth, so the seam does not pucker and the pull runs without catching at the curve.

Printing and branding

Most of these bags leave the floor with a one or two colour screen print, because it reads at arm's length and costs least to set up. Foil, deboss and a woven label are the other three routes, and each has a fibre it prefers: foil on satin, deboss on velvet, a label on anything coarsely woven.

Send the vector file and we will say which method holds up best on the fibre you chose, with a mockup on the bag shape and a physical reference for colour. Quotations are built line by line, so the cost of the bag, the print and the packing can each be read on its own.

Size, colour and small changes

Dimensions, colour and construction are the three variables we work with, and none of them has to match a catalogue. A pre-production sample is made from the agreed specification before anything is cut for bulk.

Colour can be matched to a Pantone chip, to a fabric swatch or to a previous order, and small changes such as a longer handle, an inner pocket, a zip pull or a lining are part of the same conversation. Anything that alters the pattern is quoted as a variation on this shape rather than as a new product.

Packing, checks and shipping

Inspection is done against the signed sample, with the print position measured and the colour checked under a light box. Sampling runs once artwork and specification are agreed, and the signed sample becomes the document the whole run is measured against.

Cartons are counted and marked before they leave the floor, and the packing list is sent ahead of dispatch so your warehouse knows what is arriving. Where a launch date is fixed, we work back from it to the booking date and confirm both in writing.
